  • Display substantial proficiency in oral and written English.
  • Demonstrate data of the core linguistic and literary ideas and their varied applications.
  • Use crucial ideas and terminology /  language, each in Literature and Linguistics with understanding.
  • Express the power to reply to and interpret a variety of text sorts effectively.
  • Analyze individual texts and make comparisons between them.
  • Appreciate the importance of social and historical context in analyzing texts.

Eligibility
Candidates having 2nd division in F.A / F.Sc, ICS, I.COM or equivalent r eligible to apply/ to use. However, candidates who have studied English literature as associate degree elective subject at HSSC will be preferred.
